Has one large pocket for your vape mod (wismec 228w fitted with smok baby beast fitted not included in sale) which has a smaller pocket internally to carry your batteries etc, also a pocket for your liquid as seen in picture (30ml bottle is shown not included in sale).  
Attachment either by belt (not provided) or by clip attached.  
Flap keeps your mod secure.
